Very nice post. Eating more healthily is something I am seriously working on right now. I turn 50 in April and for health issues I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds. I' LIKE to lose even more, but I'm shooting for 20 lbs. by April. I think that's doable. I'm not keeping myself from eating anything I want; I am just making sure I eat a LOT of fresh fruits and veggies, drink a LOT of water, and cut back on everything else. I was strict with myself and lost 12 pounds back in October and November, and it was easier than I thought it would be. So I know I can do this.
